Hollywood Burbank Airport Announces Details for Third Charrette Workshop for Replacement Passenger Terminal

WHAT: Hollywood Burbank Airport invites the community to once again participate in an interactive and iterative dialogue, known as a charrette process, with representatives from the Airport. This workshop is the third of six public charrette workshops that the Airport is holding in Burbank.

Hollywood Burbank Airport Announces Details for Charrette Workshops in Glendale, Pasadena and Los Angeles for Replacement Passenger Terminal

WHAT: Hollywood Burbank Airport is excited to announce the inclusion of its community workshops, known as a charrette process, to the cities of Glendale, Pasadena and Los Angeles. The Airport will host a workshop in each respective community to ensure that residents are able to share feedback on safety improvements, design features and amenities that they would like to see in the replacement passenger terminal. These workshops will focus on design principles and themes for the replacement passenger terminal, the same topic as charrette #2 held in Burbank on May 1.

2019 Hollywood Burbank Airport Tower Banner Student Art Contest Winners Announced

BURBANK, Calif., April 15, 2019 — The high school student winners of the Hollywood Burbank Airport 2019 Tower Banner Student Art Contest from Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena Unified School Districts presented their winning artwork at today’s Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority meeting. The winners were chosen from 172 entries across all three districts. Joining them were their art teachers and district art coordinators, along with many of the students’ proud parents.
