- Lots A, C are closed to passenger vehicles.
- Passengers may park in Lots E and G, and the short term parking structure.
- The online parking reservation system for the lots noted above will not be accessible until further notice.
Valet Parking services at Hollywood Burbank Airport are for passengers who want to valet their vehicles while traveling. Customers may access the online pre-book parking system (below) or just pull up and drop off their vehicle at the Valet Center.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, SP+, the valet operator, will be implementing the following safety procedures when you drop off your vehicle:
• Valet team members must always wear face masks and gloves when handling vehicles.
• Markers will be placed on the ground to remind customers to practice social distancing while waiting for their vehicle or paying their parking fees.
Here are all the ways to pay for Valet parking at BUR while social distancing:
• Pre-book and pay directly through www.HollywoodBurbankAirport.com on your own device prior to your trip.
• Use the Airport’s Express payment kiosks that accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and pre-booked reservation QR codes.
• To retrieve your vehicle from Valet, call or text 818.626.3922, or use an Airport courtesy phone and enter your ticket number, or utilize an express pay kiosk located just before the exit doors of Terminal A.
Parking prices include the City of Burbank parking tax.
A full-service car wash is also available through Valet, as well as complimentary electric vehicle charging. Request the electric vehicle charging service from your valet attendant when dropping off your car.

Valet Guest of the Month
Bragg Law Firm
Valet patrons who drop their business cards at the cashier windows will be entered into the Guest of the Month program, with winners randomly selected by the Valet Manager via a drawing. Winners will have their name and business affiliation displayed on this webpage and in the Valet Center for the duration of one month, and will be mailed a voucher for a free three-day stay in Valet, good for one calendar year.
Valet Parking Loyalty Program
The Valet Parking Loyalty Program rewards members with a free hand car wash after ten credit punches on their membership cards. There is no cost to join.
